What is virtual enquiry?

Virtual enquiry works like instant messaging using online chat and co-browsing to instantly connect you to an RCN Information professional to help you find answers to your questions.

We’re available to advise and guide you if you need help locating a book; searching for a journal article; evaluating information; using library services or accessing resources in the RCN e-library.

Out of hours service

An out of hours service, Chasing the Sun, operates from Midnight to 9.00am Sunday - Friday.

This service is a collaborative effort currently provided between information professionals in the United Kingdom and Australia and provides contact with an information professional when you need help in finding database information after hours.
