• The Family Liaison Project
  A staff survey highlighted that many inpatient staff did not feel confident in arranging a family meeting as part of the assessment. The Trust therefore developed a model whereby an experienced family worker was employed one day per week to work alongside inpatient staff to hold family meetings.
