The RCN can offer you a forum to meet your needs as an executive and senior nurse.

There is a Management and Leadership Community within the Discussion Zone. This is a place for you to interact with other community members. The Discussion Zone is easy to use and is an excellent place to share news, views, questions and ideas. Topics currently being discussed in the Management and Leadership Community include out of hours management, the differences between commissioners and providers, and issues around interviews.

You need to be a member of the RCN to access the Management and Leadership Community. If you have not visited the community before, you will need to register.

You can also send in something to the editor to post on the community pages. This could be:

Beneath many of the news, opinion and feature articles within your community you will be able to post a brief comment about the article. All community members will be able to post their brief comments here; but if you feel you have more to say on the subject then consider starting a new thread in the Management and Leadership Community or send your opinion to your community editor.
