Clinical leadership programme

The clinical leadership programme (CLP) is a 12-month licensed programme designed to enhance productivity, quality and safety. The programme includes one-to-one coaching, 360-degree feedback and applied learning in the workplace. The programme is lead by a local facilitator who is fully supported through the RCN facilitator development programme which is 15 months and runs parallel to the clinical leadership programme. The programme is aimed at health and social care practitioners who lead and manage teams (Agenda for change bands 6-8).

Management and Leadership Forum - Keeping you up to date

The RCN has 35 professional forums. These are groups of RCN members working in a nursing specialty or with similar interests. Thousands of RCN members throughout the UK use forums to connect with each other, share ideas and achieve real change.
