The journey so far: looked-after children - in their own words

These stories, pictures and poems have been given freely by patients to their specialist nurses. They are a creative way of giving feedback about their lived experience of being a patient and how they feel about the nurses who have been with them on their journey though care and life. Lin Graham-Ray, a member of the CYP Professional Issues Forum, is a consultant for looked-after children in London.
