Purpose of the network
The aims of the RCN Executive Nurse Network are:
- to offer support and a safe environment for sharing and developing ideas or solutions
- to offer the ability to widen your professional networks across the UK and across the employment sectors
- to provide a conduit for the executive nurse voice
- to provide a central point for feeding into RCN activities and policy consultations
- to provide an opportunity to feed into the RCN response to each nation’s policy and strategy consultations
- to introduce a number of groups of common interest which we hope will enable members who have a shared focus, to link together, support each other and share ideas and examples of good practice.
