Angela Grainger
Ph.D (Huddersfield), MA (Keele), RGN, RSCN, Post grad. Nursing Diploma (London), RCNT, FETC.
Angela is the Assistant Director of Nursing, with the lead portfolio for nurse education and research, at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, one of the King’s Health Partners AHSC. Angela is a researcher, who also teaches research methodologies & methods at undergraduate and post graduate level, and she is involved in joint research supervision. Angela is keen to see that the opportunities to improve the patient care experience afforded by Clinical Academic Careers, is fully utilised. Angela is a Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing & Midwifery, at King’s College London, and a Visiting Fellow at London South Bank University. Her own clinical areas in which she remains active in practice are adult and paediatric trauma.
