Kathryn Clark
Kathryn has worked for the RCN for over 19 years. During this time she has worked within the General Secretary's office, Nursing Policy Department, and within RCN Events since it's merge with Nursing Standard Conferences in 1994. Within this department Kathryn is a team leader and her team is responsible for some 25 events a year.
As the organizer of the International Nursing Research Conference, Kathryn provides administrative support to the Scientific and Organising Committees, as well as project managing the event, both in terms of venue and delegates.
Kathryn has worked with the RCN Research Society and colleagues in the RCN R&D Co-ordinating Centre to organise the RCN's annual research conference since 1997. Since 2000 this conference has been billed as an International event with increasing numbers of international delegates attending year on year. And each year the team work together to continually develop, improve and raise the profile of the event which is the largest membership group conference organised by the RCN.
Kathryn obtained a Certificate in Management Studies in July 1999 and gained an Executive Diploma in Management Studies in 2007.
