Postgraduate research training opportunities

MSc Evidence Based Medicine and Practice

The MSc Evidence Based Medicine and Practice has been developed in response to local and national drivers that require professionals and practitioners in health and social care to develop an evidence-based approach to their practice. The programme is designed to enable participants to gain a solid grounding in research skills and methods (quantitative and qualitative) that underpin evidence-based practice and provide sound preparation to undertake high quality research within their chosen discipline. The MSc Evidence Based Medicine and Practice, a part-time modular programme, will appeal to health and social care practitioners from a range of backgrounds as part of postgraduate training and continuing professional development.
