MRes (Masters in Research) Health Sciences
The MRes programme is based on formal training in research methodologies within which an emphasis is placed upon practical skill development. MRes students study both compulsory and optional modules up to a total of 180 credits. Modules comprise a mixture of generic and subject specific research methods, transferable and professional skills and complete a dissertation/research project. Completion of an MRes can enable students to apply for direct entry to a PhD programme.
