GenerationQ leadership programme opens for applications
Apply for a place on this fully funded part-time leadership programme from the Health Foundation, designed for senior people working in any aspect of health care or the voluntary sector who are in a position to influence improvements to care quality.
GenerationQ develops leaders who understand how complex health systems work and who inspire others to transform healthcare quality and bring about sustainable, system-wide change. You will learn about the evidence base that underpins leadership for quality improvement and how to apply improvement science, leadership and change theories.
It takes between 18 months and two years to complete the programme, leading to a postgraduate certificate, diploma or Masters in Leadership (Quality Improvement), accredited by Ashridge.
