QNI/Burdett Trust Fund for Innovation and Leadership 2014
This programme aims to achieve sustainable innovation in services and a new cohort of confident nurse leaders for the future. Grants of up to £5,000 are available for your local project that improves the care of patients and enhances the leadership skills of nurses; you will also receive a full year of professional development and support.
Your project should involve patients, carers or clients in its design and demonstrate:
- New and innovative ways of working
- User involvement in the development of the project
- Multidisciplinary working
- Measurable outcomes
