Shine 2012: turn your good ideas into good practice

Test your innovative ideas for improving the quality of healthcare locally and gather evidence about its impact and effectiveness. Apply for up to £75,000 funding from the Health Foundation's annual Shine programme. There will be up to 18 projects and each project will run over 15 months to start by the beginning of 2013. Book a place on the information call seminar on 21 June to help complete an application and submit your completed application by 17 July 2012.

NHS Education for Scotland is inviting applications from registered nurses and midwives resident and practicing in Scotland for these 2012-2013 scholarships focussing on the care of the older adult or the delivery of person-centred maternity care for registered midwives. Practice based development and research programme call for applications

This two-year programme aims to support nurse-led healthcare teams on an aspect of care that needs improving and who are committed to develop and change practice through research. The programme receives support from a partnership between FoNS and the GNCEWT. Closing date to apply is 13 June 2012.

Grants for Kings College Hospital past or current nurses or midwives
