2012 patient feedback on the UK Clinical Trials Gateway resource
Launched by the UK Prime Minister in 2011, this resource aims to help patients take part in research by providing high-quality information on clinical trials. The NIHR hosts the website on behalf of all the UK health departments and in partnership with medical research charities, research professionals and patient representatives.
In 2012, the NIHR reviewed the UK Clinical Trials Gateway from a patient perspective, issuing a report and recommendations in January 2013 based on feedback from a survey of patients and the public.
