- Gathering data. Stakeholder engagement to gather research, innovation, quality improvement and education data from people with an expertise in these areas.
- Reviewing knowledge. Systematic needs analysis and production of evidence based information briefs.
- Learning from other organisations. To understand the context in which this work is being undertaken.
- Four proposed workstreams. Knowledge Build, Knowledge Assure, Knowledge Share, Knowledge Use
- Strategic direction setting. Define the desired outcomes of the strategic refresh and action plan, and the ways in which they will be evaluated (success criteria)
