Project timetable
Following stakeholder analysis and the establishment of each task and finish group an audit of current and planned activity across each theme will be undertaken.
The development of the strategy will be formerly launched on 15th February 2007, and the Task and Finish Groups will reconvene on 29th May 2007 to report their recommendations and implementation proposals.
The project Board will be responsible for the development of an integrated strategy and presenting it to Council in July 2007.
