ANS Executive Committee - second call for nominations

The RCN Association of Nursing Students (ANS) has an executive committee made up of student representatives from each of the RCN regions and boards. This committee leads the work that the RCN carries out on behalf of its student nurses and midwives and for further information on what is involved please go to About the ANS.
Vacancies
We are currently seeking nominations to fill one vacancy from each of the following seats:
- North West
- Scotland
- Northern Ireland
- West Midlands
- Wales
- South West*
With the exception of the South West post which is for one year, the term is two years commencing from 16 October 2008. Applicants should be a student member of the RCN undertaking a pre-registration nursing or midwifery course leading to initial registration, with at least 6 months remaining from when the position commences i.e they must not qualify for initial registration before 15 April 2009. Applicants cannot hold office in any other UK nursing membership organisation or UK health service trade union.
