Five sponsored places for Learning Disability Students

Published: 23 January 2008

NNLDN are again this year offering five sponsored places for nursing students to attend their conference (Trinity College Dublin June 23/24 2008).

All the five winners need to find is their air fare, and maybe a bit of spending money. (Four straight sponsorships, one overall winner to be awarded £250 cash too)

The organisers would like a 2,000 word essay on health inequalities addressing the challenges - the role of the nursing student. The work could be a reflection on a practice intervention the student has taken part in; a critical analysis on the issues; a case study; or a critical incident analysis.

The winners will be announced at POSITIVE CHOICES 2008 and support offered to the overall winner to present their work at the POSITIVE CHOICES 2009 conference in Cork.

Entry date cut-off for submissions is 14 March 2008.
