You should receive your welcome pack within seven to ten days of RCN Direct Membership receiving the completed application.
Please note that if you have joined at an RCN student recruitment event your welcome pack may take longer to arrive.
My RCN welcome pack did not arrive. Can I order a replacement?
If after two weeks you haven't received your welcome pack please contact our membership team and they can check if your pack is on its way. If there is a problem, a replacement pack can be ordered.
I have lost my RCN Membership card, can I order a replacement?
Yes. Contact our membership team asking for a replacement. Please note that replacement membership cards can take up to 14 days to arrive.
My RCN welcome pack is damaged can I order a new one?

I have found someone's RCN membership card, what should I do?

Is my membership card proof of RCN membership?
Your membership card is not proof of RCN membership.
