Do I need to let the RCN know?
As the RCN moves towards communication by emailing or text messaging, if you wish to receive information in this way, you will need to keep us informed of any changes to your telephone number or email address.
Please also remember that if you are a member of RCN forums then make sure you give us your new email address so we can continue to send you your forum e-newsletter.
How can I do this?
You can use MyRCN to view and update your personal details and mailing preferences online.
