The bank account I pay my RCN membership from has changed. How can I update this? When and how much will my next payment be?
Changing your bank account details.
To change your the bank account you use to pay your direct debit to the RCN please contact RCN Direct on 0345 772 6100, choosing the membership option.
The opening hours of RCN Direct are between Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 8.30pm.
The RCN does not offer an email option to update your bank details. To prevent fraud and to comply with the Data Protection Act we request you contact RCN Direct and speak with our membership team directly.
When and how much will my next payment be?
All direct debit payments are taken on the first available working day of each month.
For example:
If you pay monthly by direct debit and change your bank details on 29 January we will not be able to collect a February payment and will take a double payment in March to cover any arrears.
If you pay annually by direct debit and change your bank details on 29 January we will not be able to collect a February payment and will take payment in March.
In both cases as long as payment is made your membership will be continuous and cover unaffected.
