Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week 2012 - four weeks to go
Put your organisation's best practice in the spotlight and learn from others.
There are four weeks remaining until the first ever NHS-wide Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week, which takes place from 21 to the 25 May.
This week of equality-focussed activity is an opportunity to share best practice from around the NHS and to profile work that is happening across the service to create a fairer more inclusive NHS for staff and for patients.
More than 20 organisations have already confirmed their involvement, including South East Coast Ambulance Service, Stockport Foundation Trust, Luton and Dunstable NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Rotherham.
The week is co-ordinated by the NHS Employers organisation and will include two flagship equality and diversity conferences – one in London on 22 May and one in Manchester on 23 May.
