Health checks for people with severe mental illness
A website has been set up to help practice nurses provide physical health checks for people with severe mental illness.
RCN member Sheila Hardy created the site, which includes guidelines, a care plan outline, leaflets, links to professional websites and a guide for setting up a clinic.
