This report presents the key findings from a survey of 2,240 people in England and Wales, conducted in 97 hospitals, into what patients think about hospital food and catering services. Key findings are outlined and regional summaries are provided in the appendices.

It provides information, via an interactive diagram, about multi-professional and organisational roles and how they might link in the provision of nutritional services, and includes BAPEN's vision of hospital nutritional organisation.
