Congress 2009 has ended
Congress 2009 took place at the Harrogate International Centre.
This year's theme - Counting on care - reflected how nursing is key to both public health and to service delivery. Put simply, patients count on our skills and compassion, the Government counts on our hard work and dedication and our communities count on our professional expertise and our spirit of public service.
That's a lot of counting and it all needs to be recognised, valued and measured so we can assess the true quality of care delivered - and that's precisely why Counting on care was chosen for this year's theme.
