Thursday 12.45-2pm
Legal and Governance Review
RCN Governance Support Team
Premier Inn, Connect 2

Last year RCN members voted at the AGM to amend the Royal Charter to set up the RCN Foundation, and the work hasn’t stopped there. The RCN’s legal and governance review project has been continuing to see what else needs to be done to ensure that the organisation has a set of constitutional documents that are truly fit for purpose now, and in the future.
Council members are hosting this session to explain more. They will also be exploring how the RCN’s governance structure should work in the future.
If you have questions about the changes and would find it useful to talk through your questions on a 1-1 basis we are making appointments for members to do so during Congress week. Simply complete a postcard, available at various points, or simply drop a note with your name and phone number into the special post box in the RCN Lounge.
