Before you think about submitting an item, you need to make sure:
- you’ve considered all the top tips for a good agenda item
- you’ve checked your facts and accuracy
- your spelling, punctuation and grammar is correct
- you’re sending it on time.
This year submissions must be made by 28 November 2011.
