Submitting entities
All emergency agenda items must be put forward by a submitting entity. This means that if you have an idea you want to be considered for inclusion in the Congress agenda, you need to get one of the entities onboard to support and submit your proposal.

- RCN national forums
- RCN Students
- RCN Health Practitioner Committee
- RCN Council
- RCN UK Stewards' Committee

- RCN UK Learning Representatives' Committee
- RCN Research Society
