Since the Department of Health abolished the recommendation to keep regular monitoring reports of black and minority ethnic (BME) staff and patient experiences, it is unclear how inequalities in health care systems will be recognised and acted upon in the future. Join us to hear from senior NHS staff on how it is possible for the BME equalities agenda to be retained as an NHS priority.
The event will encourage debate and raise awareness of the necessity of ensuring equality of access and opportunity for both staff and patients.
