Are you an RCN steward? The RCN has developed a new case management portal to support you in the recording and management of members’ cases. Through this portal, you will be able to open and record cases directly on the system, store case documentation and correspond securely with members and RCN officers. All RCN stewards should attend a training session to learn how to use this portal.
