This session will give you simple and practical techniques for relaxation, meditation and mindfulness.

These techniques will also be helpful for use in the workplace to help reduce anxiety states very quickly. Something for you and something you can use for others if you wish!

Penny has been teaching yoga for over 35 years now and applying techniques in education for people of all ages and abilities through a programme called 'A Quiet Place.'
