Psychologists tell us that our unconscious biases are simply our natural people preferences.  Biologically we are hard-wired to prefer people who look like us, sound like us and share our interests. This preference bypasses our normal, rational and logical thinking and enables us to sort people into categories. Yet these categories are rarely modern or legal. Put simply, our thinking often inadvertently takes us to the very brink of bias and poor decision making.

Join the RCN Diversity Unit in this dynamic and interactive workshop that safely explores unconscious bias and provides useful tips and techniques in overcoming it.
