The South West Pay Cartel consists of 20 employers across the South West region who are reviewing Agenda for Change terms and conditions locally. The Royal College of Nursing is opposed to regional pay because it believes it will destabilise the NHS. There will be an opportunity to share information and learning on the pay cartel in the South West and the implications for national pay, terms and conditions for the rest of the country if it is adopted.
