Learn about the science behind the physiology of emotions and demonstrate how to relax using HeartMath and similar programmes.
This session will give you simple and practical techniques for relaxation, meditation and mindfulness.
These techniques will also be helpful in the workplace to quickly help reduce anxiety. Something for you, and something you can use for others if you wish.
Facilitated by David Boyd and Penny Moon.
David has been working in schools and colleges with students of all ages and abilities for more than 10 years. He is one of only two licensed trainers in HeartMath working in education.
Penny has been teaching yoga for more than 35 years, applying techniques in education for people of all ages and abilities through a programme called 'A Quiet Place.'
