Be taken through the basics of Nordic walking, experiencing how a short walk with these specially designed poles uses all of your major muscles, providing a simple but effective workout that’s easy on the joints. Outdoor clothing and comfy shoes are a must.
Places are limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
All participants must complete a health questionnaire prior to the walk (for insurance purposes) which is available at the Information Hub and with the instructor.
