Showcasing the range of support available to RCN members, this event highlights the RCN’s commitment to assisting nurses and HCAs to return to work following illness and disability. Delegates will be told about each of the Membership Support Services (MSS) available to them including the re-launched Peer Support Service.
There will also be practical advice on CVs, including explaining gaps in employment, plus a session on issues such as: dealing with anxiety in the workplace, asserting capability as a new staff member, and managing the emotional impact of adapting to new work patterns with an illness/disability.
