Refreshments
You may notice some changes to the eating and drinking arrangements at Congress this year.
Members who are funded to attend Congress can now claim up to £5 per day to cover tea and coffee. This replaces the usual voucher system, which resulted in significant waste as many members did not use them. Make sure you ask for a receipt when buying your drinks so you can claim the cost back.
Those attending the Students' and HCAs' Days will still receive vouchers for refreshments and lunch.
Regular Congress goers may also notice that the lunch breaks will be slightly shorter than usual on some days. This is to allow more time for the packed debating agenda.
