RCN climbs up Sunday Times best companies list
The results, derived from entries of 896 organisations, were announced at an awards ceremony in Battersea in March. This year, over 240,000 employees were surveyed. Each organisation also had its key statistics, processes and policies acutely evaluated.
At the awards ceremony, the RCN was the highest placed trade union or professional body and one of six exceptional companies to receive a special award, winning “Best for Wellbeing”.
Dr Peter Carter, Chief Executive & General Secretary of the RCN, said: “Everyone at the RCN is continually striving to provide our members with the best possible service, and we believe policies such as understanding the importance of health and wellbeing help them to achieve that.
"We are proud of the policies that we pursue as an employer, and we aim to set an example to health care organisations where our members work. I would like to thank all our staff for this achievement, and we will continue looking for ways to make the RCN an excellent organisation for its employees as well as its members."
The RCN not only strives to deliver a quality service for its nursing teams, but endeavours to provide the same level of service to all its corporate clients. RCN employer policies help our team focus on always delivering quality customer care to your organisation.
