Beds and Herts County Conference

Location: Novotel, Stevenage

This will take place at the Novotel, Stevenage on Friday 7th June 2013 at 10am to 4pm. Registration and refreshments will be available from 9.30am.

Our theme for the event is The Francis Report and the implications for nursing locally. The format will be to look at nursing post-Francis from three perspectives, and we are fortunate to have presentations to facilitate our discussions on the day as follows:

• Mental Health Care- Paul Rix, Associate Locality Director for Mental Health.
• General Care- Nina Fraser, Director of Nursing, Bedford Hospital NHS Trust
• Commissioning Care- Julie Juliff, Network Programme Manager (Quality), Hertfordshire

We will also have the usual Herts and Beds meetings.
