Overview of this event

The RCN, the Healthcare Advisory Group and the IHM Estates and Facilities Special Interest Group are holding a joint event at RCN headquarters, London. The event will use the Essence of Care benchmarking tool for the patient environment to identify how clinicians and estates and facilities managers, by working together, can maintain and improve the environment in which care is delivered. The event is aimed at directors of nursing and directors of estates and facilities.
