Enhancing best practice in vascular access

25 and  26 September 2008

New Hall College, Cambridge

This is an international conference aimed at all multi-disciplinary teams who are interested in intravenous therapy and central venous access.  IV access is notoriously challenging to manage, with an obligation to meet guidelines.

Key themes covered will be the insertion, care and complications of intravenous devices both in hospital and in the community. Legal issues surrounding intravenous therapy and how to deal with them, setting up teams, procedure guidelines and future directions with new technology. Pro/con sessions are aimed to expose and enlighten different view points.

Attend this conference to maximise your knowledge, to deliver and implement best practice.
