Overview of this event
If you have influence to improve the care environment in which you work, this innovative and pioneering event is for you, and will give the opportunity to network with peers in the same field from across the UK.
The RCN, The Healthcare Advisory Group and the IHM Estates and Facilities Special Interest Group are holding a joint event at RCN headquarters, London. The event will use the Essence of Care benchmarking tool for the patient environment to identify how clinicians and estates and facilities managers, by working together, can maintain and improve the environment in which care is delivered. The event is aimed at directors of nursing and directors of estates and facilities.
Sessions include:
- The estates and facilities perspective
- The Essence of Care benchmark
- The management perspecitve
- What next? / Action plan.
