Continuing professional development learning event for health care assistants

Location: Sandford Education Centre, Keynsham Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL53 7PX

This event will enable health care support workers to review their own practice; in particular, in relation to the importance of dignity and respect and how these principles enhance the patient experience, as well as enabling them to explain and understanding their own accountability and recognise their role in care provision.
