This study day is designed to identify the principles of accurate record keeping and statement writing and explore ways of developing related skills

- Clinical Governance – the legal context of record keeping and statement writing
- Standards for record keeping
- Record keeping skills
- Statement writing.
Cost (to include light lunch)
- RCN members: £50.00
- Non members: £75.00
- RCN students or RCN health care support workers/health care assistants: £15.00
- Non member students/health care support workers/health care assistants: £22.50.
