Aim:

This study day aims to identify how individuals differ in their communication and recognise how they can use these differences to improve communication

Topics covered:

• What is communication?
• How do we communicate?
• How do we take in and exchange information?
• Exploration of the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) to developing an understanding of how we communicate
• How you can improve communication with others?

Cost: (to include light lunch)
