This study day aims to identify how individuals differ in their communication and recognise how they can use these differences to improve communication
Topics covered:
- What is communication?
- How do we communicate?
- How do we take in and exchange information?
- Exploration of the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) to developing an understanding of how we communicate
- How you can improve communication with others?
