Managing Conflict

Aim:

To identify and explore issues that arise in conflict and equip individuals with knowledge to recognise and identify how personalities differ and conflict can arise.

Topics covered:

  • What is conflict?
  • Identifying issues that arise from conflict
  • Exploring personality types with the aid of Myers Briggs Type Inventory
  • Identifying how conflict can arise due to personality type
  • Recognising diversity
  • Exploring ways of managing conflict.

Cost to include light lunch:

  • RCN members £50.00
  • Non members £75.00
  • RCN students or RCN HCSW/HCA £15.00
  • Non member students/HCSW/HCA £22.50.
