To identify and explore issues that arise in conflict and equip individuals with knowledge to recognise and identify how personalities differ and conflict can arise.
Topics covered:
- What is conflict?
- Identifying issues that arise from conflict
- Exploring personality types with the aid of Myers Briggs Type Inventory
- Identifying how conflict can arise due to personality type
- Recognising diversity
- Exploring ways of managing conflict.
Cost to include light lunch:
- RCN members £50.00
- Non members £75.00
- RCN students or RCN HCSW/HCA £15.00
- Non member students/HCSW/HCA £22.50.
