National End of Life and Bereavement Care Conference

As part of Dying Matters Awareness week, this 4th National Conference aims to highlight the importance of preparation by healthcare professionals and individuals to ensure good end of life and bereavement care, ensuring that individual wishes and needs are recognised and respected.
This important and topical day aims to raise public and health care awareness and to debate key issues and considerations around end of life and bereavement care, from nurse education in compassionate care to why wills, funeral wishes and organ donation matter, and what this means for individuals and organisations.

The Conference will include sessions on:

- Why Organ Donation Matters
