RCN Black Country Annual General Meeting and Local Learning Event - 'Leading for change'

Location: Dudley Clinical Education Centre, C Block, Russells Hall Hospital, Pensnett Rd, Dudley, DY1 2HQ
Starts: 12.30pm
This Local Learning Event will be presented by Clare Bennett, Course Leader, Allied Health Sciences, University of Worcester, and is part of a programme of events focusing on leadership development, an issue arising from the report of the public inquiry into Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
It will be followed by the RCN Black Country Annual General Meeting, where members will be able to:
- contribute to discussions about the branch's priorities for the coming year
- elect the branch executive committee
- ratify the accreditation of local RCN representatives
Any member can stand for election to a position on the branch executive committee, and if they are elected they will play a leading role in the organisation and development of the RCN's services and activities in the Black Country. All branch members are invited to attend.
The Local Learning Event is free for RCN members and £25 for non-members (this is redeemable upon applying for RCN membership on the day).
