Win a free delegate place at an event of your choice

Every month during 2010 we are holding a prize draw for you to win a free delegate place at an event of your choice.

Just book your place on any of our events during 2010 and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Details of our upcoming events can be found in forthcoming events. This list is constantly updated, so make sure you keep coming back to see what events are of interest to you.

This prize draw is valid for all paid for event bookings made during 2010 regardless of the type, cost or location.

Our accredited events are developed in conjunction with professional nurse advisers and national nursing practice experts, so you can be sure that they are topical, cover the subjects most important to you and are of the highest possible quality. The events are designed to meet the needs of both novice and expert health care professionals. 

If you don't win the free delegate place, you could still be taking advantage of one of the many discounts offered on RCN events. These include early bird, group, student, health care assistant or trade union representative discounts. If you are booking your place by telephone, you could save £15 if you use your RCN credit card to pay for your place.

Prize draw terms and conditions

• The prize draw will take place each month. All those people who booked an RCN 'paid for' event in the preceding month will be included in the random draw.
• There are five vouchers for a free delegate place available each month.
• The free delegate place voucher must be surrendered upon booking the free place at the RCN event of your choice.
• The voucher does not cover the cost of travel, accommodation, gala dinners or social activities. You are responsible for arranging your own travel and accommodation, and paying for any social activities offered at your chosen event.
• The voucher is transferable.
• Free places at each event are limited. If in doubt, please contact the event organiser. Their contact details are available on each of the RCN event web pages, or on the event booking forms.
• If RCN Events cancel or postpone an event that you have booked your free place on, your place will be carried over to the new event, or you will be offered an alternative event.
• If your preferred event falls outside of the validity period, and no reasonable alternative is available, the use of the voucher will be at the discretion of the event organiser.
