RCN’s David Cooper wins HR Director of the Year

The RCN is proud to announce that its Director of Human Resources, David Cooper, has won Personnel Today’s award for HR Director of the Year. David joined the RCN in 2007, following a career in human resources and organisational development which included 21 years in the NHS.
